Dear North Fremont Families, Fans, and Supporters,
A systemic concern regarding spectator behavior across our conference has been brought to the attention of all administrators from each school within the conference. We have been asked to share the attached letter from the 3A Nuclear Conference leadership.
We support the conference’s call to action and the shared commitment to ensuring our athletic events remain positive experiences for students and communities. It is important to understand that if these concerns are not addressed, our conference risks losing access to certain venues and opportunities.
North Fremont has a proud tradition of high standards and strong character. That tradition extends beyond the court and into the stands. Our student-athletes compete with effort and integrity, and they deserve an atmosphere that reflects those same values from the adults and peers who support them.
We want passionate fans. We want energy in the gym. We want avid supporters who cheer loudly and proudly for our teams. That enthusiasm is part of what makes high school athletics special. At the same time, we ask that all support be shown in a way that respects others and avoids direct demeaning comments to officials, event staff, opposing teams, and fellow spectators. Our goal is to create an environment that is competitive, exciting, and positive for everyone involved.
While inappropriate conduct must be addressed, our primary focus is on promoting a culture of respect, pride, and class that represents North Fremont well.
Let’s continue to set the standard: competing hard, supporting passionately, and always doing so with sportsmanship.
Please take a few minutes to carefully read the attached conference letter in its entirety so you understand the expectations and the importance of this matter.
Thank you for your continued support of our students and our school.

North Fremont wants to spread the word to help support Ashton Elementary. Head to Pizza Pie Cafe between Feb. 2-7 and tell them you are there for Ashton Elementary and 25% of all proceeds will go back to help support the Elementary.

This message is to inform you of two upcoming activities at school that support our ongoing efforts to promote student safety and well-being.
Tomorrow, the school will conduct a scheduled fire drill that will happen at the beginning of 7th hour. This drill is part of our monthly safety procedure trainings to ensure students and staff are prepared in the event of an emergency.
Additionally, on Monday, the school will partner with the ICAC (Internet Crimes Against Children) Task Force to provide internet safety training for students. Junior high students will participate during first hour, and high school students will receive the training during second hour. These sessions are designed to be age-appropriate trainings that help students better understand online safety, responsible technology use, and potential online risks.
These activities reflect our continued commitment to student safety and to keeping families informed about what students are experiencing during the school day.
Thank you for your continued support. Please contact the school office if you have any questions.

Dear Parents and Guardians,
We would like to welcome everyone back from the holiday break. As we return, it is important to note that we are drawing to the end of the semester. The last day of semester is January 15th. As we approach the end of the semester, we would like to provide information regarding the Final Exam Testing Schedule we will be using to wrap up the semester.
To best support students, we will be using a rotating finals schedule. This schedule is designed to provide extended testing time, prevent test overload, and allow students to know in advance which classes will be testing on each day.
How the Finals Rotation Works
Finals week will be next week, Jan. 12-15.
Although finals are associated with specific class periods, all final exams will be taken during the first two class sessions of the day (Periods A and B).
Tuesday (Jan. 13): Finals for 1st and 2nd hour will be taken during Periods A and B.
Wednesday (Jan. 14): Finals for 3rd and 4th hour will be taken during Periods A and B. The school day will begin with different class periods than usual to accommodate this rotation.
Thursday (Jan. 15): Finals for 5th and 6th hour will be taken during Periods A and B.
The school day will again begin with different class periods during the first two hours.
This rotation allows each class to have a morning testing time while ensuring students do not have multiple finals scheduled on the same day.
*Please see the attached daily and bell schedules*
We encourage families to help students prepare by ensuring they are well-rested, arrive on time, and understand which classes will be tested each day. Teachers will communicate specific expectations directly with students.
Thank you for your continued support as we close out the semester. Please contact the school office if you have any questions.

As we approach the holiday season, we want to wish all of our students and families a happy holiday season. Winter break will run from December 22 through January 2, and classes will resume on Monday, January 5.
When we return from the break, there will be two weeks left in the semester. The last day of the semester for students will be January 15. Finals week will be January 12–15. Finals will follow a designated testing schedule, designed to reduce testing overlap and provide students with adequate time to complete each exam. A detailed finals schedule will be shared when we return from winter break and get closer to that week.
As we draw to the end of the semester, we encourage students to stay on top of their grades, as well completing any required attendance make-up time.
Thank you for your continued support. We wish you all a safe, relaxing, and joyful holiday season.

Dear Community Members,
As we enter the winter season, we want to remind everyone of the importance of keeping our parking lot clear of vehicles during scheduled snow removal times (12-6AM). When cars are left in the lot, it becomes extremely difficult for our snow removal team to safely and effectively clear the area.
Parked vehicles make it challenging to maneuver equipment, increase the risk of accidental damage, and add significant extra time to the snow-clearing process. This delay affects not only the maintenance crew but also all residents who rely on a safe, accessible, and well-maintained parking area.
To ensure efficient snow removal and to help keep our community safe, please move all vehicles from the parking lot during posted snow removal hours. We greatly appreciate your cooperation and attention to this matter.
Thank you for helping us keep our community safe and accessible throughout the winter months.

North Fremont was honored today to have a Veteran's Day program which was organized by the Student Council. The North Fremont Band started off the program by playing The National Anthem. We then heard from 3 local veterans in our community including 2 active military! Their comments were stirring and the stories they shared helped us understand our history and an appreciation for those who have served our country. We can't thank these veterans enough for sharing their experiences with us and for their service to the United States of America. Thank you, Isaak Lenz, Cassandra Clark, and Forest Moon What a great day it has been!
