CALL FOR BID FOR PROPANE GAS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Board of Trustees of Fremont Joint School District No. 215 St. Anthony, Idaho for Certified HD5 Propane Gas-for North Fremont High School, Ashton Elementary and Teton Elementary. Approximate quantity between 40 and 50 thousand gallons at North Fremont High School, approximate 20 thousand gallons at Ashton Elementary, and approximate 15 thousand gallons at Teton Elementary, with off-site storage until needed delivery. A tank would need to be provided at Ashton Elementary and Teton Elementary.
Bids must be submitted on or before 10:00 a.m. on July 22, 2026, to the District Office, ATTN: David Marotz, 945 W. 1st N. St. Anthony, Idaho. Bids received after the stated time and date will not be considered. At the stated time and place, bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The Board of Trustees reserves the right to accept or reject or to select any portion thereof any or all bids and to waive any technicality. No bidder may withdraw his bid after the opening of such bids unless the awarding of the bid is delayed for a period exceeding thirty days.
