NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Board of Trustees of Fremont Joint School District No. 215 St. Anthony, Idaho for the construction of a Press Box for North Fremont High School, Ashton, Idaho, Football Field. For bid specifications, please contact the District Office at (208)624-7542 or come to the District Office at 945 W. 1st N. St. Anthony, Idaho.
Bids must be submitted on or before 10:00 a.m. on April 8, 2024, to the District Office 945 W. 1st N. St. Anthony, Idaho. Bids received after the stated time and date will not be considered. At the stated time and place, bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The Board of Trustees reserves the right to accept or reject or to select any portion thereof any or all bids and to waive any technicality. No bidder may withdraw his bid after the opening of such bids unless the awarding of the bid is delayed for a period exceeding 30 days.
